• Orders Below ₹300: A nominal shipping charge of ₹39 will be applied.
• COD Charges: A nominal shipping COD charge of ₹30 will be applied (No COD charges on online Payment).

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
• Express Delivery: Available at an additional charge, express delivery ensures your order reaches you within 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons or sale periods.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order using the tracking number on our website or the courier’s website.

Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

Undelivered Packages

• If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is refused upon delivery, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
• In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
