1. How do I place an order?

  • Enter your shipping information and Click checkbox (I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions).
  • Review your order and click “Place Order” to complete the purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, cash on delivery (COD), and bank transfers. For more details, visit our Payment Options section.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@blackollar.com or call us at +91 9460478535 to request changes or cancellations.

4. How can I track my order?

7. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over ₹300. For orders below ₹300, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.

9. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery is available for faster shipping within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume.
